You’re free to pause, update, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings—no strings attached. Consistent use helps build long-term wellness habits.
How can I edit my pack?
You can customize your pack at any time before your next order is processed. Just log in, go to “My Subscription” under your account, and select the items you want to add or remove. Keep in mind: once an order is charged, changes will apply to the next month’s pack.
How long will it take to feel the effects of the supplements?
Everyone’s body is different, so results can vary. Some people notice changes within a week, while others may need a few months. It depends on your current health, consistency, and what’s in your pack. What matters most is sticking with it—health is a long game!
Can I try Healthbox for one month?
Absolutely. You can start with one month and pause or cancel anytime. After your first order, head to your account settings to make changes—or just reach out to our team at hello@healthbox.store for help.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you’re in full control of your deliveries. To move your next shipment, log into your account, go to “My Subscription,” and click “Edit Date.” You can delay, skip, or adjust your delivery schedule as needed. Just note that once an order is processed, it can’t be changed.
Can I retake the quiz?
Definitely! To update your recommendations, just click “Take the quiz” anywhere on our website. There’s no need to log in first—your new answers will guide us in building your updated personalized pack.
